This is a super quick and easy treat – and in fact, it’s actually pretty healthy. The crushed amaretti biscuits on top are optional, but it’s a great excuse to buy a bag and treat yourself with your morning coffee…
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp honey
- 200g yoghurt
- 250g frozen summer fruits
- spoonful of crushed amaretti biscuit
Method
- Add the honey, yoghurt and frozen summer fruits into a blender and whizz until blended.
- Spoon into a bowl and serve with crushed biscuit on top.
